Overview
100 MHz high-voltage passive probe with 100:1 attenuation rated to 2000 Vpp. Measures power supply rails, inverter outputs, and high-voltage circuits safely on compatible oscilloscopes. Connects to UNI-T oscilloscopes and other oscilloscopes via BNC.
